Background: Fibrinogen is a glycoprotein produced by the liver that plays crucial role in blood clotting. Elevated levels of fibrinogen have been associated with an increased risk cardio vascular disease, stroke and other chronic conditions. Several studies investigated relationship between diabetes mellitus. Furthermore, has suggested to play pathogenesis its complications promoting inflammation endothelial dysfunction. The aim study was done association development Methods: A cross sectional observational conducted at medicine department Dhiraj Hospital, Vadodara. Total 114 mellitus patients were studied. level as well presence various factors like smoking, hypertension, obesity, dyslipidemia different microvascular macro-vascular assessed. There no conflict interest. Results: Of overweight, uncontrolled reported 54.4%, 30.7%, 41.2%, 28.1% 60.5% respectively. Microvascular complication retinopathy, nephropathy neuropathy 34.2%, 40.4% 21.1% Macrovascular coronary artery disease 20.2% 16.7% Average found higher amongst diabetic macrovascular complications. Conclusions: Serum be among poor glycemic control, dyslipidemia, hypertension BMI. positive correlation
